Laid back house near Downtown Glendora

Hey my name is Dean, I'm friendly, easy going, like to relax but know how to have a good time. I work in Pasadena M-F, and I am around 50/50 on the weekends.
The house is in nice spot about 1/2 mile away from Glendora's downtown. Two miles away from APU & Citrus College, and the gold line station there. Its a 3 bedroom house, and I have one roommate already, so I'm looking for one more. Jessy is in the other room, she's awesome and also works full time during the week. We get along great so it makes for a fun & drama free house. Female preferred since you’d be sharing a bathroom with Jessy!
I have a dog, her name is Moo, she is really nice, listens well and will mind her own business. I think I am capped out with one dog in the house, but am open to it provided we come to a reasonable agreement on a rent increase and extra deposit for the extra wear and tear and damage possibilities, probably 150 a month extra and an extra 500 on the deposit.
Utilities are not included in the rent. (Internet, Electricity, Water, Gas, Trash) We split them 3-ways, average is about $150 per person each month.
