Location: Downtown Glendale: 2 blocks from the Americana, in n out, a new Golds Gym, LA fitness, Orange Theory, Chipotle, The Galleria Shopping Mall, many bars, restaurants, the library, post office, parks, and shopping!

WHO WE ARE:
We have steady incomes and are looking for people who are responsible, kind, fun, will say hi when they come in the door, might want to go for a hike, have ice cream or enjoy a chat, and play a board game and will pay rent on time. Although we definitely spend a good amount of time together, we also work long hours and don't want the house to be a party zone. We are totally fine with the occasional small party’s (after COVID) or friends / significant others sleeping over, but we are being very safe with COVID (and we are both vaccinated). This place will be all of our casas and we want it to feel that way! We’ve lived with both men and women, so all genders are welcome, but we are leaning towards another woman. Also, We’re not smokers or drug users, so please no drug use or smoking in the unit.

About us:
Matti: I’m originally from New Jersey, and have been living in LA for the past five years. I enjoy outside activities, working out, and watching sports on tv. I love being walking distance to everything in Glendale, and try to do all my errands by foot on my days off work from being an air traffic controller.

Katherine: In addition to design (I'm a UX designer) I like to travel and explore, cook/bake, hike, and do yoga andwork out with matti. While it'd be fun to hang with roomies and play board games, explore, or watch shows, I also appreciate and know everyone needs some me time so I try to be respectful and hope for the same :)
