We are looking to fill a large, private ensuite (double vanity, large soaker bathtub and separate walk-in shower), room with a big walk-in closet and your own private balcony. Location: Downtown Glendale: 2-3 blocks from the Americana, in n out, a brand new Gold?s Gym, LA fitness, Chipotle, The Galleria Shopping Mall, many bars, restaurants, the library, post office, parks, and shopping!

Kyle works at Children's Hospital Los Angeles managing a program within the Expressive Arts & Therapies Department. Katherine works as a User Experience Designer at CBS. We have steady incomes and are looking for people who are responsible, kind, fun, will say hi when they come in the door, might want to go for a hike, have ice cream or enjoy a drink, chat, and play a board game and will pay rent on time. Although we definitely spend a good amount of time together, we also work long hours and don't want the house to be a party zone. We are totally fine with the occasional small party?s or friends / significant others sleeping over, etc, etc. This place will be all of our casas and we want it to feel that way! We?ve lived with both men and women, so all genders are welcome, but we?re leaning towards another woman... just no Trump supporters :p. Also, We?re not smokers or drug users, so please no drug use in the common areas and any smoking will need to happen on your private balcony, but that?s cool.

About us:
Kyle: I love travelling. I'm from Alaska / New Zealand and have also lived in Michigan and London. My favourite kind of travelling is to remote areas of the world, but I also enjoy what cities have to offer. In my free time I enjoy hiking, exploring, camping, spending time with friends, hopefully with a drink in hand, going to museum, Taco Tuesday, writing, and doing general arts related things.

Katherine: In addition to design (I'm a UX designer) I like to travel and explore, cook/bake, hike, and do yoga and acroyoga. While it'd be fun to hang with roomies and play board games, explore, or watch shows, I also appreciate and know everyone needs some me time so I try to be respectful and hope for the same :)
