Room Available in 2 Bedroom Apartment

Hi! I have a room available in Del Rey / Culver for $1,100 / October 1st. I just moved here on September 1st so it's pretty fresh! I'd love to find a collaborator to flesh things out and really settle in.

The apartment is BIG, the living room is huge, the room itself is like 12 x 12 with a ton of storage (the whole apartment has a ton of storage) on the 2nd floor of an open-air 5 unite building.

I've gotten most of the essentials myself but there is still a lot we can do together.
10 minutes from Marina del Rey, Venice, Culver City but in our own little nook of community.

About me: 38-year-old gay man, I'm a singer-songwriter and gymnastics coach. I just moved here from NYC on July 1st and am super respectful about my music playing after a lifetime of dense urban living.

Tenants need to be approved and credit checked by the landlord who would need the first month and deposit (so $2200) overall.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! There is an amazing breeze, it is nice and cool over here. It's an old building but so well kept up and super sturdy.

Parking is super easy on the street and the neighborhood is really safe (we are also right next to a police station)
Located on Culver Blvd and Centinela

No gender or racial preference
Unfortunately, no pets or smokers
Must be vaccinated
