Close to 405 and 10 freeways. Large two bedroom/2 bathroom, full kitchen, 2 balconies, security garage with 2 spots, walking distance to downtown Culver City. The 2nd bedroom I am looking to fill is on the other side of the shared living room and has it's own private full bathroom. I work pretty long hours and am usually not home until 7 or 8 on weeknights. Looking for a respectful and reliable roommate. The whole place is already nicely furnished but I can get rid of some things if you need space. The furniture in the 2nd bedroom can be removed. I will have my Beagle there part time as I share it with my ex-girlfriend. Hardwood floors in living and dining room and bedroom is carpeted. Shared laundry room on 1st floor and rooftop deck/hot tub on top of building. I rarely have people over and am pretty quiet.
