Bedroom & Bathroom-Venice/Culver (Inc. Utilities)

Hello everyone,

I am looking to rent the corner master bedroom and adjacent full bathroom in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment located in a great location in Culver City (between Venice and Washington, 10 min to Venice Beach) as our roommate is moving out of the city. All utility costs (Electricity, Gas, and High speed Internet) as well assigned parking are included in the price.

The official move in date in May1st but the room can be available sooner if you need it.

About the Room:
The room has hardwood floors and currently furnished with a queen bed. I am planning on adding a desk and chair as well but if you don't need them I can take them out. The room has an in-wall closet and great lighting with views looking to the north. It's located end of a long hallway away from the living room with your own full bathroom adjacent to it. The hallway has a door that closes out the living room and this is great for additional privacy.

About the Apartment:
The building is gated and very secure, located minutes from great restaurants, coffeeshops, bars and gyms. The laundry room is located inside the building on the first floor. We are on the second floor and have great lighting and sweeping views to the east including the mountains. The living room floors are hardwood, We have additional storage downstairs if you need it. Additionally, there will be an assigned tandem parking spot for you.

The common areas of the apartment are fully furnished and TV has basically every streaming service. There is a mini gym in the dining area (pull up and dip bars, bench and free weights) in case you feel like working out at home.

Rent:
Your share of the rent will be $1,500 and will include all the utilities including electricity, high speed internet, gas, etc., There is no deposit. Only first and last month's rent, both of which will be due on the day you move in / receive your keys. Our sublease agreement will be for minimum of 2 months, and month to month after that. Pets can be considered.

About me:
I’m a project director at Sony Pictures (down the street), UCLA alumni, and work the typical hours (41 years old). I don't typically have friends over and rarely cook but always make sure to clean after my self.
