The two unfurnished huge private rooms(Large and not shared(1 person per room)) are in a lovely huge house near Sepulveda / Culver Blvd in a friendly and safe neighborhood.

Details:
* The household is currently shared with women ranging from 24 - 50. The house is two stories with two bathrooms.
* Ample street parking (permit).
*Utilities are flat-rate @ $ per month (includes Electricity, Gas, Water, Trash, WiFi Internet and once a month maid clean up of communal space )

** Easy access to the freeways.
** 2 min walk to bus line on Sepulveda Blvd --Walking distance to Sony Studios, restaurants, supermarkets, malls/banks/schools/ UCLA Campus(1 bus), Santa Monica College, West LA College, and Downtown Culver City
** Sorry, NO pets, NO overnight guest, and NON- smoking environment
** No onsite laundry.
