Great room the tenant has secured the room till they say till Dec 11 and will give 30 days in a resort like property with 3 pools 2 jacuzzi tennis court basketball putting green park streams on property One private parking space is available. .Couples are $1450 cat ok 👌 Close to everything fwy, mall 24/7 Therapeutic bed gas(Chevron) I need first and last proof of income etc. The common areas are cleaned always. I cover electric for the average on the room $25. Any AC unit of high powered computer will cost approx the tenant over $250.00 or something . The property is beautiful and peaceful. I do real estate and independent film making and music/soundtrack etc with a gyms closed I have a great New Elliptical!! with most of the gyms closed etc, great work out As seen theres one of those a really nice therapeutic mattresses ! Your good rental history and credit will get you a great spot !! I need good credit and income history ...very basic or a LARGE DEPOSIT So IT MAKEs SENSE 🙏 gotta smoke off the property at least 25 feet 👍 creative types preferred.. content creators, advertising, film etc
