1 Bedroom for rent in Del Rey neighborhood.

We have a 1 bedroom, unfurnished, becoming avail on Feb 15th in a 4 bedroom house. It's an 11x11 room with a shared bath with two other individuals. We're all in the entertainment industry in one aspect or another and all guys, for what that's worth but by no means is this some pumped up testosterone house or some Animal House situation. For the most part we are all pretty laid back and respectful of one anothers privacy.

The house is a pretty large 2000 sqft space with a great layout. The kitchen comes with two fridges, there's two living rooms that are pretty large, one is the TV/Movie room and the other has a pretty darn good vinyl collection with a wet bar in it. You can see there's a decent backyard with a fold out ping pong table, outdoor sofas and a brand new grill we just bought. There's also a one car garage with washer and dryer in which you will have some space to put some stuff. There's no room for a car unfortunately. It's a mess right now but we'll have that rearranged once one of the tenants moves out.

We're located right by the 90 and 405 so easy access to the freeways but far enough away and on the westside of the 405 to not hear the freeway noise.
