Available December 1st is a large private master Bedroom and Private Bath with lots of storage, in a 2-bedroom apartment for a 3 month lease. The place is fully furnished (except your room) and you will have full access to kitchen, laundry onsite, private assigned parking, pools, spa, fitness center, etc. There is additional non-permit street parking and is within walking distance to Westfield Shopping/Dining and Fox Hills Park.

This is a safe neighborhood in Culver City and a fully gated community, with 24-hour courtesy patrol on the premises. We are currently 1 female and 1 male, but the male roommate is moving out at the end of November. We will be sharing the common spaces in the apartment such as the kitchen, living and dining room. I am a responsible, respectful working professional looking for the same in a roomie. I am not at the apartment a lot, and when I am I tend to keep to myself and not leave a mess.

The apartment community is conveniently located near the 405 FWY, 15 Minutes to LAX Airport and close to public transportation.

Move in is $500 deposit and rent. The deposit will hold the apartment for you then rent upon move in. It is used to clean and repair your room after moving out and balance is paid by two weeks after move out.
