Hello future roommates, Looking for 2 female roommates(to share master room) responsible, full-time student or full-time employed person. Clean and with great references. Also someone that keeps the party outside. Everyone here is very considerate of each other, non-smoking. Again must have a full time job or be a full-time student. Respectful communication amongst roommates to keep a humble synergy going around/in the house.
Also the room is furnished as well with 2 comfy single beds :)
3 Bedroom 2 baths nice house available in a quiet residential area. Perfect for student or full-time worker who wants to live right in the heart of LA. Not too far from the beach(10 mins), 15-20 mins to Hollywood and less than 10 miles away from downtown LA.
Should be willing to help out with house responsibilities in either: trash week, throw away trash in kitchen, put clean dishes away, keep common areas clean (living room, kitchen, dinning area and bathroom), contribute house appliances (if able) needed around the house.
We are two very busy and hard working young entrepreneurs. we have a chance to get a beautiful home and need to cover $1700 in rent for the spare room. This can be split between 2 girls $850 each. You would get the largest room and attached bathroom.
We are photographers and web designers networking constantly and adding value to all around us. Ideally you share the same energy and are looking to improve yourself and the world around us each day.
