You will be sharing the house with two other young professionals in their early 30s, looking for a third (male or female). Amenities include in-unit washer and dryer, A/C, fridge, cooking range, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Parking available in the driveway as well as ample parking off-street. This home is smoke-free. All utilities split equally among three residents. There's also one cat in the house, so no additional pets allowed.

We are both tech professionals who work from home. We're considerate of each other's privacy, keep common spaces clean, not into partying or loud music in the house but we enjoy socializing with each other both, in and out of the house. We're both fully vaccinated and covid-conscious. Hoping to find someone with similar interests.
