The apartment/room for rent is on the 2nd floor, and is 1 street over from a high school. The bathroom is shared with 2 other roommates. Unfortunately the owner does not allow pets. We ask that you clean after yourself. Please understand the kitchen/washer dryer/bathroom are shared, so we ask roommates to be respectful of others. Rent is $895, and utilities are $75 per person. The maximum occupancy for the room is 2 people. We have awesome wifi, and friendly neighbors that we hope to keep good relationships with. Deposit is 2 months rent ($1790), and proof of income (paystubs, bank statements etc) is required.
