Private Two bedrooms / One Bathroom available to rent in my home in beautiful Crenshaw Manor. The two bedrooms and bathroom would be yours for exclusive use. Otherwise, I can rent each bedroom separately, and both renters would share the bathroom. Each room is $1,250.00

One person per room.

Available NOW, for Month-to-Month rental and longer-term is an option if with all gel.

The rooms are furnished, and both have large closets. Wifi, Laundry, and Utilities included. Ample street parking available. The house has hardwood floors throughout and is well lit.

Fully furnished living spaces available for you to use and the house has a security system with cameras.

The house is in an ideal location for someone who has a car and who wants to be central to the beaches, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Culver City and all things West-Side, but needs an affordable price. Walkable to the Metro Rail, Albertsons, Chipotle, Yogurtland, Subway, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Baldwin Hills Mall.

House Rules: Keep it clean - all areas and language, Smoking outside, Adults living, No Pets (except for my hypoallergenic Australian Labradoodle), No access to garage.

You have visitors over once in a while, and your guests are respectful and courteous as well. You like dogs.

Me: I am responsible and reliable and have Australian Labradoodle named Dora. Dora is hypoallergenic and doesn?t shed and is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet. I am a professional and hold myself to high standards yet still have a lot of fun. I try to do the right thing as often as I can. I workout daily and practice yoga a few times a week. I am responsible and pay my bills on time.
