Central LA/Compton Outskirts Room for Rent

Hi! I’m a 32 year old professional female looking to rent a room out in my 3bed/2 bath home. It’s a standard 9x11 room that can come furnished with a queen sized bed and night stand or unfurnished. There is also a closet for your clothes. You will have the hall bathroom to yourself for the most part (unless there are occasional guests over). I typically don’t have many people over at all. My girlfriend comes to visit for a weekend once every other month as she’s studying out of state. I currently don’t have any pets, but I may be looking for a small dog in the upcoming months.

The house is minimal, clean and newly renovated in a friendly neighborhood. You will have access to the living room, dining room, complete kitchen and back yard as well. I have double off street parking, and you can have one of the spots. There’s a security system installed along with exterior cameras in the front and back of the house.

$925 includes all utilities (internet, water, trash, electricity and gas). There’s a washer and dryer in the home, which would be an extra $20 a month if you’d like to use it.

I do not smoke, but you may do as you like in the back patio. I’m in construction and am away for most of the day. I’m pretty chill and laid back and keep the house clean. I can be sociable or I can keep to myself. It’s whatever works for the both of us.
