I have a master bedroom available in Compton, which includes a queen-sized bed, futon, dresser and closet.
Shared bathroom, kitchen privileges, and use of my small gym.
Rent is $600 a month plus $300 refundable deposit required to move in ($900).I'm a 60-year-old bisexual male who enjoys working out (former competitive bodybuilder). I can help you achieve a nice physique. I also enjoy music (with 60s and 70s soul, disco, classic house, and 80s dance as my preferred choices), big-screen movies, chess, African-American history and culture, hanging out with my two best friends-- my two energetic small dogs-- and RAIDER football. Speaking of which, I do have the Sunday Ticket, so if you're a football fan, you're all set. I work from home and COVID-vaccinated, which I hope you will be too.
I am looking for a responsible, respectful, and clean male to share my home with.
I only have four rules: help keep common areas clean, remove shoes before walking on the floors, limit overnight guests to the weekend, and pay rent in a timely manner (five days past due date is okay).
