Private room for rent within family-oriented home

Single room within family home with pets will become available in February. $700 per month (month to month) all utilities included and room is equipped with a mini fridge. Deposit equal to your first and last month of rent required ($1400). Small indoor pets may be considered that require low maintenance (such as a cat) that you may keep in your room. Shared bathrooms. Room is only spacious enough for a single adult. Female preferred due to shared spaces. We?re nice and flexible, and looking for someone who is friendly and approachable and can get along with the family and can preferably speak Spanish as you may have to interact with my grandmother who is mainly the one who stays home and does not speak English. Family configuration consists of 5 adults (2 young adults between the ages of 22 - 28, parents between the ages of 50 - 60), and my grandmother that is 92 years old) and 2 small indoor dogs and 2 cats.
