The long:
The available room is located upstairs in our 2,200 sq. ft. home. It measures 9ft x 9.5ft in addition to a closet and is unfurnished. There is an upstairs bathroom shared by two other roommates and access to a second half bath downstairs is available. A large linen cabinet is also available directly outside the door of the room. Our new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home: backyard, garage, living room, billiards room, kitchen, office and shared bathrooms. Parking consists of the two car garage + driveway; street parking is usually easy to find as it is a quiet residential area.

We are 4 male professionals in our late 20?s to early 30?s. We each have varying work schedules, and one of us works from home, so the house is often busy. We have a relaxed, open and friendly vibe; you will often find the roommates hanging out together binging Netflix, playing Nintendo/PS4, grilling up some steaks, or tinkering with their car/latest gadget.

Ideally, I?m looking for someone to stay at least one year. Cleanliness is a must, and you must be comfortable living with multiple people. We often enjoy hosting friends, so our new roommate will need to be comfortable with meeting new faces and having an active household. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but we aren?t judgmental. In addition to rent, our new roommate will be responsible for a small portion of shared chores (IE: taking out the trash on your week).

Your share of rent is $607. Utilities are not included, but your share of bills will typically come to $100-$125 per month (everything is split evenly). The security deposit is $600. You will need to ultimately be approved by our landlord after submitting the requested documents.

This is a 21+ adult household and not suitable for children or pets of any kind.
