Owners are a married couple in their mid-to-late 20s. One graduated with an MA in Clinical Psych from APU and the other is graduated with a BA in Hospitality Management from CPP. We are friendly, private, and very respectful individuals who are seeking for a renter with similar values/lifestyle. We are VERY intentional about screening for someone who will respect our house, house rules, and privacy since it is our home.

Great for students and working professionals who desire privacy and cleanliness! Spacious and clean private bedroom in 2-story townhome & private community. You will be sharing house with owners and another tenant- all working professionals in their mid-to-late 20s.

10 min. to APU, Citrus College, Mt. Sac, CPP, and University of La Verne. Conveniently located 20-25min away from Rowland, San Gabriel Valley, Chino Hills and extremely close to a variety of restaurants and shops (~10 min).

House has keyless entry, new hardwood floors, private backyard, foyer, and upgraded large kitchen/living room. NO PETS but must be pet friendly (we have pets already!). One cat lives in the living room. We have two other dogs and cats who will be in our bedroom. Dogs do not bark or make noise.

$850/mo. rent, $850 security deposit. This bedroom is the larger of the two being rented out. Utilities all included (electricity, high-speed internet, water, trash). Parking is free inside the community. Renter is allowed to use all common areas under the condition that all house rules are followed. Previous tenant is selling his bed frame if you would like to keep it with the room. There is a private closet. Rest of house is fully furnished.
