Hello everyone, I am looking for someone to take over my room till July (which is When my contract is done) it is a yearly contract, but unfortunately I have to move out due to work. Move in date will be a day or two close to the end of February
First day of March it will be for sure the move in date.
***There is a security deposit for the room***Room is private you'll have your own room but
bathroom is shared with roommate next door
It's a friendly environment, there is an additional of 6 people living in the house to but everyone is to themselves.
Room/House tour will happen in the first and second week of February on certain day. I would let you know when to come. I also have a life, so please don’t tell me if you could come and visit that same day you message me.
