Charming 1901 Built - Historic Home

This historic home was built in 1901 and was the home of wealthy tycoon during Los Angeles's early days. It is the last one on the block that you are able to live in and one block over there is one fully restored as a Museum.

It features a private room with a kitchenette on the 2nd floor. Very close to the internet router for great connection. You are welcome to use the full kitchen downstairs or you can have your mini fridge and kitchen sink and cabinets right in your room. There is a full sized bed which is plenty for 1 person or a tight squeeze for 2. While we are mainly looking for single occupants we do allow a second person. There are common areas such as the balcony, porch, small garden sitting area, upstairs kitchenette room and back patio areas. We are working on building on site laundry within the month of January however there is a laundromat across the street currently.

The lease is the base rent and (utilities/ common area cleaning fee and internet) are an additional $80/ per person.
