November 1st Roommate/Sublet

I?m looking for a dope friendly (creative) female roomie/subletter to fill my 2nd bedroom by Silver Lake.

The room available is about 17? x 10? (very big) with its OWN entrance and lots of natural sunlight with lots of windows. Its actually the sunniest room of all the unit! Windows face beautiful foliage to look at. Very peaceful location. Quiet, respectful, family neighborhood just a 3 minute drive outside Silver Lake in Rampart Village.

I currently have a queen air mattress set up in there, so you can see it staged this way in the photos. Apartment is completely furnished (except for the vacant bedroom). Room comes with two wardrobe closets.

- Full Bathroom has a beautiful claw foot soaking tub.

- Additional 1/2 bathroom

- Kitchen has a dishwasher

- a separate laundry room

- front patio, lots of outdoor space

- garden for planting

- Apartment is furnished (except for vacant bedroom- free to use my queen air mattress- its actually really good! )

Looking for a female subletter who is clean, quiet, friendly and lives a positive and healthy lifestyle. Drama free house. 420 friendly!! Someone who is responsible with super chill vibes is really important. Would love to become friends with my roommate. Always down for collaborating on creative projects too!!

No Couples, No children, No Pets- sorry I already have 2 mini dachshunds and although they are friendly one is blind and his temperament can be unpredictable with another new pet around. They are well behaved and love to lay, cuddle, play, and be sweet to each other and anyone in the house. Rhubarb + Banjo are extremely lovable!

About me. Im a female creative freelancer working as a set designer, illustrator and production artist. I work remotely a lot, so I am home quite often working on creative projects. I'm really friendly and love making friends, designing things, going on adventures, cooking meals.. all the good good.
