Huge Private Room+Bath in Furnished apartment

This apartment is located in Westlake near Koreatown, Echo Park and Downtown LA. Our apartment features 10ft ceilings, hardwood floors, brand new kitchen amenities tons of natural light and furnished common areas welcome for your use, fire place, free parking in a secured locked garage, gym, pool and hot tub.

From the photos we have a boho zen garden vibe going on we love good and positive energy and to keep things clean and in order.

The bedrooms are huge likely 12x12 able to fit in our room a bed and two desks comfortable. It is a double master same size bedroom and bathroom. The room available has a closed door creating more privacy for your space.

We are a couple, I myself am currently in graduate school I also teach yoga on the side and love to go thrifting and hit the beach or enjoy a nice happy hour. My boyfriend is working and is also an artist. We are quiet and keep to ourselves but would like our future roommate to feel comfortable enough to be our friend and use all the common areas with respect!

Our ideal roommate is a female working professional or student from the age of 21-35 who is clean, non-smoker, respectful and will limit the amount of overnight guests. You would be required to get on the lease here which ends in August of 2021.

A security deposit of $750 is required along with first months rent depending on date of move in. If the security deposit is a hardship we are willing to accommodate a payment plan.

Utilities are split three ways and include electricity, gas and wifi all should be no more than $100 per person.

We are looking to rent the room out by 9/20/20 now and are willing to show you the room as early as this weekend 9/20/20.
