We are looking for someone to take over our 1 bedroom w/ private full bathroom by September 1st. The room is available in a large 3 bedroom unit. The room has one shared wall and has a washer/dryer in unit. The unit has hardwood floors throughout and a fully remodeled kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. The current lease is month to month. Utilities are shared including wifi amongst the roommates. Our room will come unfurnished. You would be living with two other roommates. There is only one unit above ours, across from the shared courtyard there are four other units of the same size. Willing to accept couples or friends with a price negotiation.
