Looking for a CLEAN, reliable female roommate in her late 20?s to mid 30?s, who is easy-going, trustworthy, and has a positive mindset. Not looking for a partier or a loud person. No smoking, no drugs, no drama :) I do have a No Shoe Policy to keep the place clean from outside dirt - you have to be ok with that.

I am pretty chill myself; I work in the entertainment industry so that means that very often I have to be up between 3am and 6am, which also means on the nights before I have to go to bed early. In my sparetime I dance, do archery, and work on my own personal small business + I shoot projects with my creative film making friends.

The apartment is located adjacent to Echo Park, Koreatown and Downtown. It is on the top floor, which is the 5th floor, with lots of natural light, and you?ll have a view of DTLA, facing south-east. We?re a mile from the 101 which connects to the 5 and the 110, about 2.5 miles from the I-10, and about 2.5 miles from the 2 freeway. And 2 miles from DTLA. There?s a Smart and Final down the street, Ralphs and Vons half a mile away. Trader Joes is a short drive to Silverlake, same for Whole Foods 365. There?s laundry in the building, a gym, and a rooftop BBQ area. No TV or cable, but I have high speed internet.

I have a very sweet, small, dog that never barks, so you must love dogs.

My roommate is moving out on the last day of August, so the room will be available September 1st, possibly sooner.
$700 deposit, $1325 rent + utilities + $30 for a garage clicker (one time payment), unless you have your own.
