Single Room in 1 bed apartment in Strawberry Park

I have 2 private rooms(share 1.5 bathroom) available for rent in a 4B/2.5B detached townhouse; each room is $825/month with $900 deposit. I currently live in the place and am looking for 2 roommates, and in total there'll be 3 people living in the place.

Both rooms are 12.3' x 9' in size, and the place is in a quiet gated community, filled with natural light, new wood floors, gas stove fridge, washer and dryer in unit, garage parking and port parking available, additional guest room and garage for storage space.

I just moved in too so there's no furniture in the pictures yet; couch, carpet, table, TV, and more are soon to be installed. If you have any furniture we can figure a way to put them around in the house.

Looking for other young professionals(age 22-39) with a stable job, similar 8-5 work schedules, prefer to keep it quite during the week, down to chill and kick it on the weekend. You get full access to the house, just clean after yourself, respect the shared living space, share choirs, no extensive guest stays.

No couples no kids no pets.
