Clean and Quiet

We have an inclusive home of residents who want to be of assistance to one another. Included in your rent: a room, a shared bathroom with space for your stuff provided, maid service of common areas weekly, shared living room, internet service, a private pool, all paper products, fully stocked kitchen with microwave, stove, small convection oven, full-sized oven. You will need your own refrigerator, though there is space in a community freezer and you will have access to a private washer and dryer on the prem As we currently have several people working "from home", we would prefer a tenent who does not need to work from the house. We have three older cats in residence and will not accept any further pets. Street parking available. First floor room with North facing window. Soon to be within walking distance to Metrolink, a hotel and additional restaurants, etc... We expect quiet in the house between 9 pm and 6 am - that doesn't mean you can't come and go quietly, you can. we have residents who work nights or swing shifts. That being the case, it's mostly quiet most of the time. Single female prefered. No Bridge to Home applicants accepted, we've been burned by this organization and don't care to try it again.
Home is owned by a retired couple who live in the home.
Our goal is to provide a safe, clean living environment in which we can support one another.
