Looking for roommate!

$1100 a month, plus 30% of the utilities (internet, gas, and power).

The apartment is a two-bedroom apartment in Canyon Country, CA. You would have your own bedroom and your own bathroom, which is also the shared bathroom with any (seldom) guests. Common living areas (living room, kitchen, and dining area) will be shared. Apartment is in the rear of the building, very private.

Washer and dryer in unit.
Large refrigerator for your groceries.
Gas stove and plenty kitchen storage space.
Hallway linen closet for additional storage.
Space for one car in tandem 2-car garage. (additional vehicle parking space can be rented from leasing office at $100/mo, that is at your discretion).
Central AC/Heating
Front balcony available.
Apartment already has furniture, all you need to bring is your bedroom furniture.
No pets.
First and last month's rent (for a total of $2200) required for move-in, proof of 3 months worth of income, as well as a roommate agreement.
About us: a couple, very relaxed and laid-back, very clean (cleanliness is very important to us), noninvasive, and supportive.

Preferred (but not required): Military veteran (GI Biller?), motorcycle enthusiast, enjoys watching sports (we don't need to fight over the TV, there's 4!).
