This furnished room is perfect for a SINGLE person. I am a female homeowner and have 2 rooms to rent. One is already being rented by another young lady. I am now looking for a 3rd female renter that is looking for a happy and safe place to live. Your room is private and you?ll share the bathroom with the other renter. You will have household privileges along with being able to participate in great conversations.

? Self employed, working out of the home during weekdays

? A Female
? Self-supporting ? has a STABLE JOB with 9-5 weekday hours
? Cleans up after self
? Respectable and Accountable
? Pet-less, but likes family pets (2 cats & 1 dog already live here)
