Nice Place Near Downtown Burbank
Hi~ I toured this spot with the agent and is currently still available, can send videos as well as the application link. I?m looking for a prospective roommate who can move in with me at this spot. It is available now and I?m ready to move starting November 1st, but not in a rush. I recently confirmed someone to relet my current place at Bunker Hills Towers in dtla, which I have lived there for the last 2 years. The rent listed I simply split in half for now since the place will be shared with our own private rooms, 2 beds and 2 baths, the total rent is $2495. According to the agent, the rooms are about the same size.
About myself:

I am a 3D designer and entrepreneur working in the entertainment and fashion industry. I recently business traveled to Chilean Patagonia, Seoul Korea, and New York.
I love to paint, play piano, sing, laptop coffee shops, shop, brunch, watch films and Sunday football, drink chardonney, and travel. I? also own a slender cat named Ariel ???? Otis 2013
