Looking for a roommate to share a beautiful, spacious 3-bed 2.5-bath townhouse in Burbank! Located right up the street from downtown Burbank, I am a mid-20's designer and animator that works at an animation studio in Burbank, and I am hoping to find a new person to join my household! There is one bedrooms and a full shared bathroom open upstairs. The bedrooms available are full-size bedrooms each with closet storage and cabinet storage space located on the second floor with a beautiful window view of the mountains in the distance. There is also plenty of room throughout the house available for extra storage, like the linen closets or the attached garage. The living room is fully furnished with our current entertainment TV and sound systems as well as leather seating and a coffee table.
