Seeking Roommate for Brentwood/Santa Monica Apt!

Large, newly refurbished apartment one block from restaurants, bars, and shopping on Wilshire blvd. Room is 13x12 with a large closet, electrical outlets on every wall, brand new carpet, and a huge window with a beautiful view! Spacious private bathroom comes with a ton of storage and counter space (seriously, you could take a nap on this countertop it?s so big), as well as a beautifully tiled shower with bathtub.

The living room is completely furnished and features a fireplace, wet bar, and sunny porch. The Kitchen also has ample storage space, brand new appliances, and lots of room for cooking! The room also comes with a covered parking space, and access to the on site laundry and pool.

A little about me, I am a 23 yr old filmmaker and animator from South Carolina. I love making things, exploring the outdoors, cameras of every kind, and drawing. I work at a post production and animation studio and Santa Monica, so I?m prone to quietly binging on Netflix or playing video games during the week. But I do like to go out on weekends! I tend to be very neat and would like a roommate who will also keep the common areas clean. Otherwise I?m very easygoing and positive. I look forward to meeting you!
