1 Bed/1Bath Available in a luxury building in Bren

I'm searching for a roommate to move into my gorgeous 3 bedroom/3 bathroom Brentwood two-story apartment by 4/1, however move in date can be as early as 3/20. The room has its own bathroom, spacious walk in closet, as well as hardwood floors. It is located on the 1st floor and has its own sliding glass door to the outdoor porch. The complex is brand new and is in the heart of Brentwood; walking distance from all of the shops and restaurants on San Vicente (ex. Sugarfish, Dry Bar, Soul Cycle, Whole Foods).

Rent is $1450 and utilities (wifi, gas, cable, electricity) are not included but, are usually around $80 during the winter and can be higher in the summer due to the AC. There is not an available parking spot but, there is always plenty of street parking in the area. The security deposit has not been finalized yet but, will be something similar to one month's rent or less. The lease is also month to month.

The two most important things we are looking for in a potential roommate is tidiness and respect. I don't care how messy your room or bathroom is but, it's necessary that the shared common area remains extremely clean. I don't mind pre games, dinner parties, ect as long as guests are respectful.

About me: I'm in my mid-twenties and work full-time at a law firm in Century City. I'm very laid back, clean and social. When I'm not working, I enjoy going out with my friends, watching movies, cooking and trying out new restaurants. My other roommate is male and usually works long days and doesn't get back until late. He is also mostly gone on the weekends. Our rooms are located upstairs. Both of us leave early for work or the gym so, we would prefer to have someone who works a 9-5 job. I definitely love to have a good time so, a roommate with an active social life is a desirable trait. The leasing office will require a record of good credit/proof of income.

Lastly, I have two cats. One is a kitten and one is 3 years old. They're extremely sweet and I keep their litter box and other necessities up in my room so, it won't get in your way.
