If the ad is up, the room is still available. I am subletting a room in a 2 bedroom house with hardwood floors for 1 sub-tenant only. You are welcome to apply to take over the lease with the owner once my lease expires (August 7, 2020). The sublease would be for the duration of the lease. The kitchen appliances are stainless steel and has a pantry room. There is a washer and dryer and AC in the unit. The bedroom available currently is able to fit a dresser, a vanity mirror dresser, and a California King Bed (does not come furnished). There is plenty of closet space which comes with mirrors, as well as plenty of storage space. The bedroom also comes with its own entrance. The house comes with fruit trees and has a covered side and front patio. The house also comes with gated parking. The house is a small Lyft ride away from Downtown LA, the Art's District, and is very centrally located to other locations such as Silverlake and Pasadena. The metro stop is a 6 min drive away. It is a walking friendly neighborhood and there is a YMCA 8 minutes walking distance from the house. The room is open to all genders applying. The roommate who is currently living at the house, and has his own private room, is a 28 y/o male, software-developer, who is drug-free, vapes (outside only), has a small friendly cat that doesn?t meow, works from home, and who would like to live with someone who is LGBT friendly. I'm seeking someone very responsible who I can entrust the care of the house. To move in would need first months rent and a deposit of $500. Rent is $975/month. Available February 1st. Cats ok.
