Looking for a roommate to be added to the existing contract. The room has wood floors, a ceiling fan and tile in both the bathroom and the kitchen. The common areas in the house such as kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining area and laundry are shared with other roommate who lives in the house. The yard has a large community seating area and in the back of the house there is another seating area with excellent views to Downtown Los Angeles. The rent is $900 plus $100 utilities which includes (water, power, gas, sewer, trash). SMOKING, iS NOT ALLOWED EVEN WITH PRESCRIPTION, NO EXCEPTIONS!

The room can be rented fully furnished for an extra fee. Street parking is available. No pets allowed.
