Im looking to rent my second bedroom starting Mar. 5th, 2021. This is for ONE (1) person ONLY. You will have your own bedroom & private entryway. The bedroom doesn't come with items in photo.

RENT: $800 (INCLUDES WIFI+ UTILITIES)
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $800

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
This is located in a prime spot, close to the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles, Boyle Heights neighborhood to be exact. The street the apt building is on is busy during the day and quiet at night. There are food trucks and vendors, so if this annoys you, this wouldn't be for you. Has easy access to the 101, 110, 5, 710 freeways as well.

ABOUT ME:
I'm a young male professional, pretty quiet and to myself and work from home. I also like cleanliness. I prefer a roommate who cleans after themselves in the common areas. When it comes to your space, do what you want, but the shared areas I like cleanliness in. If this isn't you, we wouldn't work as roommates. Other than that, I'm an easy going person, male, 33 years young. Looking for someone around my age or a little younger.

ABOUT THE APT. BUILDING
The building literally has about 10 residents so everyone knows everyone here. I am located on the second level. You would use the front door as your own private entryway. Both bedrooms are on the opposite ends of the apartment, so its pretty private.
