Looking to fill a spacious room in a guesthouse , fully furnished. The place is a 2/1 bath, shared with another person. Updated & clean large bathroom with double sinks, shared kitchen, livingroom, common area, indoor laundry, plenty of street parking and alley driveway parking (no garage access). Safe and quiet family friendly neighborhood. Near hospital, restaurants, schools, bus and metro, markets and drugs store.

We will require a rental form agreement filled out, credit and background check at your cost. The initial move in requires an upfront 1st months rent + 1000 security deposit & an agreement of a minimum 6 months room rental with contract .

Side note:

We are a family that often entertain but are quiet and respectful. We live in the main house - we have 3 young kids (3-6 yrs old) who are sometimes being kids (playful, crying & of course loud) if it’s bothersome to you to see kids out and about and being kids then this place may not be a right fit for you.
