*Room with a view (Bedroom #2 on the plan). The size of the bedroom is approximately 10' x 13' with a small closet. The bedroom has a personal air conditioner/heater and is furnished with a bed, side tables, and a dresser. This is for a SINGLE occupancy only.

Rent includes the following:
* Paid utilities including power, water, gas, trash pick-up, wifi/the internet, cable TV (on the go - access on your laptop, tablet or cell phone wherever)
* Shared areas of the house including living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast counter, bathroom, and in-house Laundry. Basic house cleaning provided, except bedrooms.

Walking distance to Von's, CVS, Starbucks, Trade Joe's, Banks, Crunch Fitness, Steel Craft, weekly Farmer's Market, First Friday events and all the good places to eat on Atlantic Avenue and Long Beach Blvd. in Bixby Knolls

* House is next to Scherer Park with direct backyard access to tennis and basketball courts and plenty of space to stroll or jog. Backyard overlooks large duck pond with an amazing view. Police station within view.

Owners are two male professionals with a detached room on the property. A male professional is renting out the other bedroom within the house (Bedroom #1).

Preference will be given to a male college student or working professional who is responsible, able to clean up after themselves, tolerant of others and easy to get along with. We will do everything we can to make you feel it is just as much your house as it is ours with a few house rules . . . no pets (we already have an outdoor cat), illegal drugs or smoking. Occasional overnight guests in room okay. Rent is on a month-to-month basis with the 30-day notice required prior to moving out.

Monthly rent including utilities is $875. First and last month's rent and a key deposit of $125 is required for move in.
