Short Term Sublet for Socialite in Center of LA

This expansive, fully-loaded social house nestled in a cute central LA neighborhood (Pico/Robertson) is private and offers great outdoor space to relax, read and take in some sun. The centralized location gives quick and easy access to Beverly Hills, WeHo, Hollywood and Ktown while allowing for some quiet at the end of the day. The house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath with an extra outdoor bungalow we use off-and-on for airbnb and friends visits. It also boasts sizeable outdoor space, with a backyard, two edison-bulb-lit patios (front and back), a hot tub, grill, and gates for any pets wandering around on premise. (We have no pets currently, but are open to considering your furry friend for no additional cost!). Location is 20-30min from the Santa Monica beach front. Parking tags are not included, but can be purchased easily for short-term stays at a reasonable price for parking on street in this HOA-managed and family-friendly neighborhood.

The sublet bedroom, which is roughly 240 sq. ft with moderately-lit, north-facing windows, shares a full bath with one other member of the home, but has its own private entrance/exit to the outdoor 'French Cafe' seen in our photos. The room *CAN* come *completely furnished*.... or not -- your choice; subject to negotiation -- and will not affect rent either way. If furnished, the room includes a raised queen w/ PUFFY mattress, armour and ample storage space, standing desk, and bookshelf -- as well as a massive walk-in closet. Internet is fast, as I work as a Software Developer and need good upload/download speed to survive.

All in all the space is a killer deal -- so long as you're willing to share the main kitchen/dining space with four adult men. Indeed, we'd like to think the roommates are *part* of the attraction -- particularly and especially for applicants looking to see a new part of Los Angeles and to make friends with a gang that's always up to *somethin'*. All tenants are employed and work hard throughout the week. Weeknights are relaxed and low-key, with occasional family-style meals; while weekends are often full of on- or off-site social activities, comedy clubs, beach excursions, and spike-ball in the park.

Utility portion will be taken from deposit at end of sublet.

On-site Laundry/Dryer included.

We are open to any and all creeds, races, orientations and genders -- and in fact would appreciate any face that could break up our demographic monotony :)
