Large 2 bed 1.5 bathrooms.. I've an ensuite in my bedroom and would need to share bath tub/shower. The entire apartment is large with formal dinning room and living room. The living area has French doors to access the patio. Formal entrance front door. Windows on most walls ensure there's lots of natural light throughout the day.

There's a laundry room with washer/dryer in unit and includes a back door entrance! Large kitchen. Decorated simply with modern furniture. No clutter.

The rules are simple: Respect each other's privacy. Keep shared areas clean and tidy. There are no over night guests. Your groceries are yours and mine food is mine.

Plenty of street parking, but if you have a car then you'll need an overnight permit for a nominal fee from city hall..
