I'm a 30 year-old woman, seeking a considerate female roommate to share my 2-bed 2-bath apartment in the Pico-Robertson area. I am responsible and financially stable. I'm a respectful person who is considerate of those around me and clean, and it is important to me that my roommate is the same.

the apartment:
• a 2-bed/2-bath apartment on the top, 2nd floor of a 5 unit building.
• Available bedroom is 12.5 x 15 with a large mirrored closet and a full tub bathroom
• Living room and dinning room are furnished, bedroom is not (I will be refurnishing the living room and dinning area when the old roommate moves out, if you have furniture let me know!)
• There is a balcony/patio area off the living room
• two tandem parking spaces
• Laundry room in the building
• Located on a quiet street in a walkable neighborhood to grocery stores, and restaurants.
. Pets allowed (house trained and well behaved) with a pet deposit.
• Available January. Showing mid December.

Rent is $1,000/mo plus utilities.
There is a $1,000 security deposit. You must be able to pass a credit check, have a steady source of income/savings, and provide whatever the landlord requires to be able to sign on to the lease.

I'm looking for someone who can commit to a 12-month lease.

About me:
Working professional, I work in a creative field. I like to keep a clean home. I enjoy outdoor activities, sports And music. I enjoy having people over but this is a quiet building/ neighborhood and am mindful to those living around me so this is not a party pad.

Looking for:
A female professional close to my age 25-35.
Clean and respectful
I'd like to live with someone who I can be friends with rather than just coexisting in the same space with someone. I enjoy my privacy and personal space too, but I want to live with someone who I can also consider a friend.
