The apartment is nicely furnished with modern furniture, in-unit washer, dryer, private balcony, plenty of sunlight, ventilation and air conditioning for hot summer months. I am well traveled, work in finance, mid 30s, clean, respectful, social (but don't like to bring the party home), love playing tennis, skiing, swimming and hiking. Often away from home, traveling overseas or outdoors in Los Angeles. The apartment is upscale, and completely drama free - looking for the same in a room mate.
