Large furnished room with own bathroom
We have a fully furnished room available in the apartment we rent near the Miracle Mile area. We're a couple; I'm from NZ and work my business from home; my partner is American (though actually half English) and is an actor/realtor/personal trainer. We're looking to rent out our large spare bedroom for short to longer-term rentals.
The room is spacious and has its own full bathroom (with a shower over the tub). It's furnished with a queen bed, dressing tables, desk/table, small fridge/freezer and smart TV. It's in an upstairs apartment in a charming Spanish duplex in a great neighborhood, close to freeways and only a mile or two from Beverly Hills and W Hollywood. The apartment is a good size, with its own laundry and a backyard shared with our downstairs neighbors. There is permit parking on the street.
Costs are inclusive of all utilities (water, power, Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc, unlimited data high-speed internet). Sorry, no pets, as we care for dogs intermittently.
