Hello All. the bedroom in the back of apartment is the room I'll be renting. it has a brand new medium size bed in it, I sleep in the front room which is far upfront and not close to bedroom so you will have your privacy. I sleep on futon and have a room divider for my privacy. The apartment is located on a quiet serene block right around the corner from beautiful Lacienega Park. Very easy access to all freeways, and close walking distance to Lacienega which has Great! restaurants also nearby by is Beverly Center Mall, West 3rd st and Beverly street for shopping and dining as well.
On nearby San Vincente there is a Trader Joes for grocery shopping. You are very close to Wilshire as well as conviently located to all Beverly Hills nearby streets, you are not to far from all hotels in Beverly Hills and also those fabulous Beverly Hills shops and restaurants. There are neighborhood gyms, libraries, hospitals, gas station, etc. All nearby and easily accessible for you.
The apartment will be available by May 1st and I'm currently showing it now.

I'm asking for 1025.00 month and 500.00 for security which is partial for security so the total move in amount would be 1525.00 utilities are included in monthly 1025.00 with a six month commitment or for sure longer if it works out and you want a longer lease.
