Peaceful Atwater Village Home

I'm leaving my incredible living space in Atwater Village, Los Angeles (for all good reasons), and I'm hoping to find someone who will be a perfect fit for my roommate.

The Home: a healing/meditation/dancing home

New Roommate: looking for someone spiritual, very considerate, and able to enjoy a farm-y atmosphere (i. e. dust comes in, flies can come in because my roommate prefers to leave the doors wide open whenever possible, you’ll see the occasional ants but not groups of them, daddy long legs are roommates)

The Location: in Atwater Village on the grounds of a riding club (where people learn to ride horses) in a house connected to two other houses. The area feels like you’re outside of Los Angeles—there’s lots of space, tons of horses, view of Griffith Park (which you can walk to in ~10min), it’s super safe with a gate code and security cameras ‘cause you’re on the site, and the house has a little lawn and garden.

Living Situation: Two bedrooms, one bath*, decent-sized living room and kitchen. *The open bedroom has the only bathroom in the house. There's an outside restroom complete with showers where my roommate could go if the new roommate ever needs someone to not enter their room.

Rent: $1,000/month with all utilities included except WiFi, which comes out to $22/month per person.

Move-in Date: I’d love for the person to move in asap, and by June is ideal.
