Private bedroom and bathroom in Arts District

Hi there, (ABOUT ME READ AT BOTTOM)

Looking for a roommate who is dog friendly for a beautiful master bedroom in the arts district. Room has a large closet, and large private bathroom. I was able to get free parking for the first 6 months as well.

Expenses:
$1530 w/ $1530 deposit= $3060
Internet = $40/ month
Parking= Free for 6 months then $80 a month
Utilities= $30-$50ish a month.
Must have decent credit.

Inside the apartment there is also a washer and dryer in the unit, dishwasher, and a balcony over looking the arts district and gets very pretty sunrise.

Ideal Roommate
-Must LOVE dogs, dog tolerant people not wanted. My dog is my side kick, only real dog lovers for this home.
-Must have job
-Must be independent and not clingy. I love people but I'm usually on the go.
-Must not be a cig smoker.
-Must not bring drugs to the apartment or have a drug dependency problem.
-Must follow CDC guidelines for fire season (keep windows closed)
-Must respect service and maintenance staff when entering the apartment by being nice to them and wear a mask when they come in.
-Must be Okay with sharing a tandem parking space (FREE for 6 months)
-Must be okay with keeping common areas clean and splitting chores.
-Must be okay with discussing ideal living temp. Temp must not be higher or lower than 70F-74F during the day, 68F-73F at night.
-Must have interest in recycling and the environment to a certain extent. It would be awesome to live with someone who cares about the environment and wants to make the living space as eco friendly as possible, if this is not you, thats okay you'll still be considered but , candidates who are environmentally friendly would be a huge plus tho.

-Paleo diet mainly but if you don't eat healthy thats totally fine I'm not tempted by foods that are not in my diet.
