I have 1 room to rent in my home. It?s a quiet place with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front or pay for a private parking which is 40$.

Cerritos shopping mall is walking distance, there is nearby public transportation as well and a lot of places to eat around.

The room is furnished with a new queen size bed and drawer, it has a walking closet. There is only one bathroom so it's important to keep it clean. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher and all the things needed to cook and eat. Wifi and utilities are included. Living room furnished, Tv with Netflix included.

My new roommate will have access to the common areas like the pool and gym(it is small).

Ideally, I?m looking for someone to stay at least three months, a non-smoker, and not too noisy, friendly, respectful and clean.

NO DRUGS - NO SMOKE

Month to month contract (you can leave after giving 1-month notice in advance). Deposit ($650) is required with first-month rent and returned at the end if no damages are made to room/house.
