This townhouse is very large, over 2300 sq. ft., so plenty of space. The available unfurnished room has a vaulted ceiling, and gets plenty of light. It also has a large sliding door closet, with organizers. Private bath right across hall. There is an upstairs loft, (common area) right next to room, for relaxing. Gated safe underground parking. Quiet safe area, close to the Metro, 210, 10, and 605 freeways. Many great restaurants and Westfield mall are all within a couple of miles. There are no other roommates that live here, so there will be ample room. No cigarette smokers are allowed, per lease. (Sorry no exceptions) Vape ok. I don’t mind sharing things as long as its talked about and agreed upon, on both ends. Must have verifiable employment or income.

I’m an electrician and I also produce music ( EDM, R&B, Hip Hop). I’m very chill, respectful, and easy to get along with. I like to keep the place clean ( all the shared space) as much as possible. I do like hosting, so I’ll have friends over from time to time, for BBQs. I’m all for having a good time and don’t like drama. Yelling or fighting with anyone, is not my thing. So, if you’re that type of person, this is not the place for you. I don’t mind sharing things as long as it’s talked about and agreed upon, on both ends.
