The house is in highly desirable, beautiful and quiet area. Walking distance to 2 beautiful parks, shops, restaurants, groceries, buses, etc... Close to all the important schools: Cal State LA, Pasadena Art Center, Cal Tech and PCC.
Room will be unfurnished but all other areas of the home are furnished including washer / dryer in the home.

The room will be available weekend of November 14th.

I prefer a mature male student (30+) or professional to share the house.

About the house... It is a townhouse with 3 levels in a quiet residential part of Alhambra. Ground floor is the attached garage. Unfortunately, due to cabinets that the owner put in, there is only room for 1 car. Upstairs is the main living area with a nice marble floor entrance foyer (the library room), then up a few stairs to the living room with all wood floors, a half bathroom, a fireplace and then further back is the kitchen (gas stove!) and separate dining room. The top floor has the laundry and 2 large master bedrooms with private bathrooms. It is a very nice setup!

About me... I am 54 years young (but everyone says I live and look like I'm 30) and, when I am not working in commercial real estate investments, I love the mountains for hiking, biking and relaxing. I am a well educated professional (MS Finance), responsible, easy going, very respectful and considerate kind of guy... I like peace and quiet at home as I work a lot and when I am at home, I enjoy interesting conversation, cooking with friends, movies or reading a good book. I am generally lights out by 10-11 pm and up by 6 or 7 on the weekdays. Weekends, I relax at home or I am out in the mountains or sailing on the seas! Outside of home, I live a very full life but protect and respect the tranquility of a peaceful home.
