All rent prices are listed with all utilities included. The washer and dryer are available. There is a 2 car garage and you will get one spot. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, laundry and 1.5 bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non smoker, and not to noisy (Working professional or students ideally). If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me.
